Bus for Transportation
Our Church tries to reach out to the children and adults in our community who do not have transporation. On several occations we have gone to pick up children in Gas City and we simpily did not have the room in our vehicles to transport them all.
Throughout the country it is a common practice that school buses may only stay in service for ten years then they are sold to whom ever. We may purchase a small school (20-passenger) for about $700 and then have it painted with our church logo on it for about $400.
With this bus we will be able to reach out to the community to bring children and adults to our different services and functions.
What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us;
what we have done for others and the world remains and is immortal.
